Testimonials

  • I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your support when my husband was taken to the emergency room and then admitted to the ICU. Through your help, it allowed me to understand what was happening and through that understanding helped me to be calmer and knew what to ask and what to ask for. I feel this was able to get us on track for a quicker recovery. We can’t thank you enough as we went through this difficult situation.
    You are the greatest!

  • As soon as I read Kathy’s website information, I knew that it was something we needed to do for my 105-year-old sweet mother-in-law. The medical system can seem like a minefield! Therefore Kathy’s expert help made a huge difference on helping us navigate the maze and move forward to best help mom as she approaches end of life. It was so helpful to know our options and available resources. Kathy listened with great empathy and knowledge to help us going forward! When we need help interpreting medical instructions or best practices, we will surely avail ourselves to her extensive knowledge base again!! There’s no need to feel frustrated or hopeless!!

  • I cannot even begin to put in words how much your kindness, companionship, concern and professional expertise meant to me during my mom’s health scare. Your support was beyond invaluable. Having someone “mother” me when my own mom was unable to was such balm to my heart. I’ll never be able to repay you! I’ll especially never forget the night you showed up at the hospital when you hadn’t heard from me for a while. Your willingness to walk alongside us was nothing short of saintly.

  • Kathy recently provided patient advocacy and coaching services to our family before, during, and after my dad’s surgery. I was my dad’s primary caretaker for 2 weeks post-op and found Kathy’s guidance and expertise invaluable. She helped me trust my own caregiving instincts, which greatly reduced my stress. And when tricky post-op situations came up, calling Kathy helped me avoid guessing on what to do next or playing endless phone tag with medical offices.
My dad had other complicating medical issues we had to navigate alongside his surgery. Kathy attended multiple doctor’s appointments with us as our advocate. She asked questions I didn’t think of, problem-solved directly with the doctors, and helped explain the process. This eased all our minds and made those experiences so much easier for our family. I especially liked having our own medical advocate there to digest the information, since I was often worried about my dad and didn’t always remember everything.
Kathy was clear in her communication with us, very knowledgeable about all relevant issues, and did a great job of hanging back when it made sense to. I’m a super independent person and can find it hard to ask for support – but I’m so grateful I asked for Kathy’s support. It showed me that two heads are better than one, and allowed me to focus on caring for my dad in a more relaxed, peaceful way.
Highly recommend hiring Kathy to support you or your family in navigating the complex burden
    of medical issues!

  • Dear Kathy,

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the compassion and strength you showed during my father’s recent medical emergency and untimely passing. In one of the most difficult moments of our lives, you were a steady presence—sitting with us, guiding us through the chaos, and offering clarity when everything felt overwhelming.

Your support went far beyond your role as a nurse advocate. You brought comfort, humanity, and grace into a space that was filled with uncertainty and grief. Your kindness will never be forgotten, and your guidance helped us make sense of what felt impossible.

Thank you for being there—not just as a professional, but as a truly caring soul. You made a difference that words can barely capture.

    With heartfelt appreciation,
    Katy M.

  • Kathy Eaton, thank you for the help you given to my family, you really helped more than you know! Dad is seeing steady improvements and you helped him get the confidence to keep trying which is making all the difference. Also, helping us understand options, medications, therapies, etc., can all be overwhelming. Thank you for providing this service to our community! You are an angel!
