A Life Rooted in Family & Empathy

Kathy’s work is deeply personal. She is a mother of four and grandmother to eight, and her dedication to caregiving began at home—especially when one of her children faced severe health challenges from birth. Her 43-year marriage has also shaped her ability to listen, communicate with care, and stand by people through life’s most emotional moments.
